Job Description
Reporting to the Board of KASA MARINE, he will have overall P&L responsibility for the Asia business. He will help start up operations in K.L. and build a team to drive sales in the region. Business development and ensuring key global customers are well serviced will be critical in this role. You will also ensure global strategies are implemented in the region.
The Successful Applicant
He is degree qualified, and possesses extensive experience in offshore supply vessel shipbroking or vessel chartering in the Asia region. He will have spent at least 5 years in a managerial role. He possesses a strategic outlook and yet have no qualms of being hands-on. He is highly analytical and possess the ability to create innovative solutions. He is a result-driven leader with excellent people management skills. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills are a must, Experience in setting up marine trust is an advantage. |
